Running off to your food store for the things that are few means milk, coffee, a loaf of bread. But Northgate shops in southern California also provide pay day loans from tiny operations within the supermarket â€“ as much as $2,500. Now a bill when you look at the Ca state legislature could improve that add up to $7,500.
